I am concentrating on capturing images of abandoned places and lonely objects. I will try to capture principles of designs like value and contrast, scale and point of view, and light and mood. I am interested in places or things that have been lost which makes me wonder why people left it aside.

Week 2
This week, I've decided that I'm going to do the "Abandoned Spaces". I really like working with black and white, and I hope I can pull this off well.
This is another strong group of pictures. The empty shoes tell a story. I might retake that image with the bottom of the shoes in the picture and with a more interesting background. I love the image of the rotting peeled fruit. You can definitely feel that someone was once there and abandoned the fruit before it was eaten. In terms of editing, see if you can adjust the level to enhance the black and decrease the gray. See me if you don't know how to do this. Keep up the good work!
You have some really good value and contrast photos. The photos that you take are a lot different then the value and contrast ones I take, which shows the many sides of just one concept. Good photo qualities.
You're really good with texture and really giving the lonely feeling in your pictures. The value and contrrast makes me shiver because everything does look abandoned, even though I've been to your house and seen these things millions of times.
