I am concentrating on capturing images of abandoned places and lonely objects. I will try to capture principles of designs like value and contrast, scale and point of view, and light and mood. I am interested in places or things that have been lost which makes me wonder why people left it aside.

Week 1
I'm not really sure what to do, but this is what I have so far. But I'm thinking of doing something with black and white and doing something with "pathways." Or something else. Not sure. I have to think about it.
Victoria, these are very compelling images! There is a definite melancholy mood created with the value contrast, worn textures and the way that your images are devoid of humans while all your images include something that man would interact with. You could do a series on abandoned spaces or forgotten objects. Lovely images so far!

ReplyDeleteAlso, you might want to change your template to one of the templates under "Simple." Your current template is difficult to navigate.
