I am concentrating on capturing images of abandoned places and lonely objects. I will try to capture principles of designs like value and contrast, scale and point of view, and light and mood. I am interested in places or things that have been lost which makes me wonder why people left it aside.

Week 3.5
Since we're still in week 3, I chose these pictures as my
potentials of being the final pictures.I may trade some pictures, but we'll see how it goes later on next week.
I really like your concentration theme, I think it's an intriguing idea. I loved the lighthouse photo with a really bold tree next to it. The black and white adds so much more emotion to your photos about being abandoned and things that are lost. I would consider adding the water photo from last week. It was a great shot.
I am really enjoying this weeks photos. The black and white adds an intense affect and creates a more dramatic feeling. I love the apple photo, lighthouse, and the last photo with the boots. Great job so far! The only thing I think you could improve would be maybe adding more contrast to the last boot photo?
I love how these photos all have an eerie feeling. They look like they could be on the cover of a book or movie. They have nice contrast and they pull you in as if you can be transported there.
These are fantastic pictures! Like everyone else is saying, the black and white really does emphasize how much emotion is connected to each picture. Really lovely pictures! It's like I'm inside the black and white world, looking at your objects with such a depressed feel, like I'm trapped and can barely breath. Once again, lovely pictures!
